We provide mandatory training of all foreman and helpers at our Dallas facility.
All employees must pass packing, crating and wrapping courses prior to joining a
permanent crew. Drug tests are performed prior to employment as required by the
US DOT and criminal background checks are completed prior employment.
Customer service that is proactive &
responsive
We maintain a full time staff of customer service reps that will contact you the
day after your move, the day your goods depart for long-distance delivery and
the day after delivery is complete. This avoids a scenario where you need to
contact us with billing, storage or delivery questions.
Dispatchers that execute deliveries on-schedule
Our highly experienced
dispatch staff is on-duty from 6am to 10pm weekdays and 7am to 6pm on Saturday
and Sunday. They are constantly planning our day to schedule and coordination of
our deliveries throughout the USA.
